Q1.How long should we charge the cars?And how should we maintain the battery?
A:The battery can be fully charged with 12 hours.Never charge the battery longer than 20 hours. During the unused period, please charge it once a month, otherwise the battery will not work.
Q2.What can we do if the ride on car cannot move?
A:The battery may not be connected with the ride on car properly. Please make sure to follow the instructions on the attention cards. Charge the ride on car 12-20 hours, not over 20 hours.
Q3.What can we do if the battery cannot be recharged ?
A:Check the battery connectors are firmly plugged into each other.Check if charger is working or plugged into.If charger is ok and connectors are firmly plugged into, then replace the battery.
Q4.How to pair the remote control with the ride on cars?
A:First follow the instruction on the remote control manuals, open the remote control, when the light is flashing, open the ride on car.
